What do you like best?

Netsuite’s software is spectacular the increase in capabilities is endless! our old software was holding our company back from expanding into the future so we needed to find a software that would help us get ready for the future and allow us to expand our business, and Netsuite did exactly this for us. The technology barely ever has issues and if they do their team is always a call away to help fix it fast and get you u and running again, they really care about you as a company and they want you to succeed! The best part about them is their company as a whole they are all around great to work with, they care about you and they work with your schedule. The actual features are great too the reports and saved searches have endless options to help you put together data to see how where you can improve. the sales orders are easy to understand and easy to customize to see exactly what you need.

What do you dislike?

There really is nothing to dislike, the only problem I have been having is tracking shipping cost, but I have just not had enough time yet to work with the team to explain what I need on this issue, I’m sure if called them up and told them this was a huge issue that they would help me fix this right away.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We no longer have new hires being very confused about how to use the software when they get hired, NetSuite is very easy to use! The benefits are everywhere, but overall work speed is up and people are more focused because of how easy the software is, when its tough to use software people get frustrated and that never happens with Netsuite!

What do you like best?

I absolutely love Venmo. I use it nearly every single day whether it is friends, family, or business needs. One of the advantages Venmo has over other software like PayPal is that it offers free transfers between users. This is an attractive feature because nobody wants to have to pay a fee every time money is sent or received.

What do you dislike?

One thing that bothers me about Venmo is that funds can be easily lost or accidentally sent with no money-back guarantee. Some other applications like PayPal offer a goods and services payment method where funds can be replaced if the sale was canceled or invalid. Venmo should add this feature.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Venmo has been great for my personal use within my business. I found that most customers used Venmo and this made transactions very easy because it was instant and on the spot.

Pros: I like that they do have a free version so you can at least see what you are getting and if their solution will work for you without having to commit any money. The biggest pro is how easy and fast it is to not only setup recurring payments, but also to manage them and your services. Customizing the checkout process to closely match your site is also a huge plus.

Cons: I wish that the free version of the service covered a bit more than it does, and the lack of 24/7 tech support is troublesome at times, however, they still have 24/5 support standard so that helps.

Overall: A fast, simple and affordable solution to not only accepting payments, but recurring payments as well.

What do you like best?

It has a lot of pre-created page options that you can use. Don’t need to create web pages from scratch.

What do you dislike?

The format is not always what I want with the pre created pages. When I was creating an e portfolio for my Masters program, there were random back ground or pictures i didn’t need. Once you delete those pictures, the page looks really unprofessional and I had a hard time figuring out how to make my website look presentable again. It took a really long time to get it to that point.

What do you like best?

I am able to create static blocks that I can reuse on multiple CMS pages, even with different layout parameters without duplicating code. By utilizing single blocks I can minimize overhead pages where heavy use of images and videos can overwhelm the pagebuilder in WYSIWIG mode.

What do you dislike?

Previously, prior to Magento 2.3 we had BlueFoot at our WYSIWIG editor and it had the ability to save page layouts with code and images in a template directory that could then be imported into another page that was using the same layout. Saved time and resources..

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our previous CMS system had so many limitations that made it hard to havea visually appealing website that we have been able to create under Magento Commerce. It also had performance limitations on the E-comm side that presented issues Quarterly when club shipments were needed to be charged in large batches. Magento has cut down that time and support issues 3-5 times less with Magento Commerce.

What do you like best?

There are many things I like about PayKickstart. Some of those things are the fact that you have built-in affiliate system, can create coupons, discounts, upsells, order bumps, an more. There are certainly a lot of other options out there, but few of them include this many features at this price.

What do you dislike?

PayKickstart takes a little set-up time. I wouldn’t call it confusing. It’s actually pretty straightforward. Rather there are so many features available one should expect to invest a little time learning it so that you are familiar with the various features and can figure out the best settings for your needs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am selling an online digital product with a subscription based order bump. I knew that I wanted to try to attract some affiliates to promote my product. What I didn’t realize was how many affiliates would find me simply because my product is now listed in the PayKickstart affiliate market. It’s pretty cool!

I really like how I can set my price, but then create coupons for my affiliates. There are a ton of other options that I could employ to maximize my sales. My next step is to create more promotional materials for my affiliates to help them be able to make sales.

20. Easy Digital Downloads

Easy Digital Downloads was built to sell digital products and exclusively digital products. In the infancy of eCommerce with WordPress, Easy Digital Downloads was the only tool that was wholly dedicated to the purchase and delivery of digital goods. All other platforms focused on selling physical products and left digital goods as an afterthought.

Today, Easy Digital Downloads is not the exclusive option but it’s still an active project and one of the standard choices for selling digital products through WordPress.

Review: Capterra

Overall: Overall, my experience with Easy Digital Downloads has been fantastic. On occasion, I will run into an issue where I need to reach out to their support staff for help. Every time, they have been very helpful, and stuck with the issue until it was resolved.

Pros: What first turned me on to Easy Digital Downloads was the ease of use when getting my store set up. In just a few minutes I was able to have a fully functional online store – all for free. As the store grew, and my needs evolved, it was easy to find add-ons that enhanced my store’s functionality. Over time I’ve set up several stores with Easy Digital Downloads, and it has always been an easy process to get everything up and running.

Cons: At first, I didn’t like that I had to purchase several add-ons for things like my preferred payment gateway, email provider integration, and a number of other features. The thing I didn’t like about that was that I felt cornered into using a certain 3rd party provider whether that was for email marketing, or payments, since I already spent money on an add-on to integrate with those providers. However, as Easy Digital Downloads has evolved as a company, their offerings have changed to provide their customers with all access passes, which gives us access to every product they offer. Now for one, very affordable price, I have access to all of their add-on plugins and don’t feel like I’m tied to any one product.
